Yes! We offer free artwork proofs on all orders.
We’ll start working on your order right away and send you the artwork proof for your approval within a few hours. You may request unlimited revisions until your artwork is just the way you like it.
We want you to love your custom portrait!
Yes! We are happy to help with changes to your custom portrait order as long as you reach out to us as soon as possible. You can change your order before you approve the artwork proof.
After you approve the proof, changes might not be possible as we typically start production right away.
Please contact our customer support team at support@everlastingexpco.com as soon as possible to request any changes. The sooner you reach out, the better we can help.
