Because every piece of artwork created by Everlasting Experience Co. is 100% custom-made using your personal photographs, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse once an order has entered production.

Order Cancellations

the artists begin working on your portrait soon after an order is placed. If you would like to use a different photo, please contact us within 20 minutes of placing your order. Cancellations are only possible if the artwork has not yet started, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

The Proofing Process

We provide a digital proof of your artwork for your approval before anything goes to print.

• Please review your proof carefully. Once you approve it, we are not responsible for elements that were visible in the approved proof (background details, cropping, lighting, coloring, etc.).
• If we don’t hear back: We will email you up to two reminders over 7 days. If we receive no response within 7 days of the first proof being sent, we will proceed to print the proof as-shown so your order isn’t held indefinitely. If you need more time, just let us know — we’re happy to extend this for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your artwork is precious, and we package it with care. If your piece arrives damaged in transit, or there’s a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged artwork
• A clear photo of the damaged packaging
